Description:
We were able to make contact with the Cyprus-based owner of a vacant industrial unit in Chadderton. Following an inspection of the property, we were able to agree terms and successfully complete the purchase in 2024 with plans for redevelopment now being progressed.

Description:
Unearthed made the successful bid of £50,000 for a small development site in Bury which has planning permission for 3 dwellings, completing the purchase in 2024. We are now in the process of preparing a revised planning application to increase the number of units delivered on site.

We provided a detailed market research report which, due to the lack of comparable evidence, was focussed on demographics, transport connectivity, local facilities and schools. Our work supported what was ultimately a successful bid by our client, Prospect Homes.

Land with planning for 20+ units within 20 miles of Preston
Description:
We were instructed to carry out a search for development opportunities with planning permission across the north west. We were able to identify 95 opportunities which met these criteria, ultimately working with the client to agree terms to acquire 2 of those sites.
